In December, Pastor Greg will walk us through a prophecy, written by Isaiah, 700 years before Jesus’ birth. In it, Isaiah reveals four descriptive names or titles for the Messiah. Pastor G unpacks each name, one week at a time. This week is WEEK ONE: Wonderful Counselor
The people who walk in darkness will see a great light; those who live in a dark land, the light will shine on them … For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. ~ Isaiah 9:6

And he said to Him, “Teacher, I have kept all these things from my youth up.” Looking at him, Jesus felt a love for him and said to him, “One thing you lack: go and sell all you possess and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, follow Me.” But at these words he was saddened, and he went away grieving, for he was one who owned much property. ~ Mark 10:20-22
But prove yourselves doers of the word, and not merely hearers who delude themselves. ~ James 1:22
